“Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site.”

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”

“Property is as described! The host left sweet grifts of cookies, charcoal & even dog treats for our 4 legged family members! Location was great-fast food, golf & stores were close by. Water level of the lake was down, but was a very short walking distance to the water from the dock. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Property was clean & stocked well with essentials!”

“Incredible, peaceful stay right by the river. The cabin is about 2 hours west of Dallas/Fort Worth and perfect for a weekend getaway. It sits right on the river where you can fish or kayak if you want. For this visit, we were strictly looking for a peaceful weekend with no distractions and that is exactly what you get here. The host was attentive and gracious, and the cabin was clean and well kept. I would definitely come back again for another peaceful weekend where you can see the stars……

“Great stay for our family of 4. There was a bit of cleaning we had to do. Alot of dog hair on the floor. The pull out coach is suitable for our kids 10 and 6. I would say adults or teenagers, bring a blow up mattress. Other than that, you feel like you have the lake to yourself and it's very relaxing if your trying to get away from everyone. Would return for another visit.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay! We planned to fish, didn't get alot bites however, the property was equipped with kayaks that we used to navigate the lake which was really fun! We paddled to other fishing areas where we did get some bites! The cabins was clean and comfy, we had no issues with the amenities! The owner was responsive when we reached out. They even had a little welcome basket that we really appreciated! The mercantile shop nearby was very useful, they had everything you could need.……
